How Can soreness In The Legs And Groin Be Treated?

Hi, in January I travelled and I noticed on the way back at the beginning of February that my legs were very sore and I thought that it was due to be seating for too long on the plane and then at the airports. My legs are still very sore, my groins are extra sore. I can seat for too long or bend my legs when I go to bed, I have to keep them straight. I also feel pain on my arms, upper to be specific, and my neck. I consulted with my dr when I came back-back dr said it would go away. Its been more than a month now and I still super sore. Any ideas?

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
I have read and understood your concern
The treatment of soreness in legs and groin depends on the underlying cause.Possible causes may include:
-Peripheral neuropathy
-Diabetic neuropathy
-Neurologic disorders like MS
-Ionic imbalance
-Vitamin deficiency
-Liver/kidney problems
-And others
I will advise you see the Doctor for examination and tests.Tests that may help identify cause may include: full blood count, serum electrolytes, vitamin levels, liver and kidney function tests, fasting blood sugar, EMG and others depending on the Doctor's diagnostic orientation. In the meantime, i will advise you try the following:
*Eat well and healthy with enough vegetables
*You may take some multivitamins
*A steroid like prednisolone for say 5 days
*You may also try the services of a physiotherapist
From the results of the findings, other treatment options may be exploited.
Hope this will help. You may write back if more concerns
Wish you good health
